Student Registration Instructions

Registration instructions for academic year 2024-2025

For registration, please follow the instructions below:


a/ Student registration will take place with physical presence from 25/09-14/10/2024, from Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 14:00 at the secretariat premises  of the Department of Biomedical Engineering of the University of West Attica.

b/ Required documents for student registration are the following:

 

  • Registration form (download here)
  • Bachelor degree(s) certificate(s) in original printed and validated form, officially translated in English or Greek *
  • Transcript of records in original printed and validated form, officially translated into English or Greek *
  • English language certificate in original printed and validated form (or successful results at the English language test organized by the MSc program) *
  • Proof of payment for the first installment of the tuition fees (400 €) (2nd installment of 400 € due by 31/10/2024, 3rd installment of 400 € due by 30/11/2024).
  • Two passport-sized photographs
  • Copy of ID and/or passport, and VISA (only for non-EU candidates) **


* Validated means that the document bears the original signature(s), and where applicable, the stamp of the issuing authority, when applicable. Please note that simple photocopies of the original documents will not be accepted.

** For non-EU candidates: The MSc program is not involved by any means in the process of acquiring VISA documents, nor it can give relevant consultation and guidance. The application for VISA documents to the relevant authorities is carried out exclusively by the applicants.
