The MSc Program in Biomedical Engineering and Technology has been succesfully accreditated till 2030 (full compliance) by the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education (https://www.ethaae.gr/el/).

MSc students visited Metropolitan General Hospital (https://www.metropolitan-general.gr/el/) for a real-world demonstration of a robotic system service process by expert biomedical engineer Mr. Constantinos Kantaros (graduate of our MSc program). 

We sincerely appreciate the hospital’s hospitality, and we extend our gratitude to Mrs. Dimaraki Theoni (Director of the Biomedical Engineering Department), Mrs. Maria Rouka (Director of the Nursing Department), 

The MSc Program in Biomedical Engineering and Technology underwent an on-site accreditation evaluation by the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education (https://www.ethaae.gr/el/) from January 20-21, 2025. We sincerely thank the committee for their invaluable comments and suggestions. In the coming months, the committee will announce its evaluation report.

The MSc Program in Biomedical Engineering and Technology is pleased to announce the upcoming Graduation Ceremony for its MSc graduates, to be held on Friday, January 10, 2025, at 12:00, at the Conference Center of the University of West Attica, Egaleo Campus.
