Please note that ABSET enforces a no-show policy. Any submission which is accepted to the conference and is included in the final program must be presented at the conference, otherwise, it will not be included in the Conference Book of Abstracts.
Full paper versions of accepted abstracts will pass through a second peer-review process.

First round notification: 31/07/2023
Deadline for revised paper submission: 31/08/2023
Final decision notification: 15/09/2023
Please note that authors may take advantage of this publication opportunity if the following conditions are met:
1/ Authors will register for the ABSET 2023 Conference.
2/ Authors will submit their abstract before the deadline (22 May 2023).
3/ The submitted abstract should be accepted for presentation at the ABSET 2023 Conference.
4/ Authors will present their accepted abstract at the ABSET 2023 Conference.
5/ Authors will submit the full paper version of their accepted abstract before the deadline (to be announced at a later stage; the deadline will be set for after the ABSET 2023 Conference; authors will have at least one month time for preparing the full paper version of their accepted abstract)
6/ The submitted full paper will pass through a second peer-review process. If the result of the second peer-review process is successful (acceptance), then the full paper may be published in the Conference Proceedings. If the result of the second review process is unsuccessful (rejection), then the full paper will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.
